If possible, it's best to do this on a PC.

Once you click the link (or copy and paste into your browser), you will click “Get Started” in the orange box.  Then read the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure and click “I Consent” in the orange box.  Next, check the box and click “Let’s Go” in the welcome box. Once you fill everything out and click “Done” (orange box in top right corner), it will automatically and securely be sent to Partners in Therapy.

Una vez que haga clic en el enlace (o copiar y pegar en su navegador), haga clic en «Get Started» en el cuadro naranja. A continuación, haga clic en «Send Disclosure over the email» e introduzca su dirección de correo electrónico. Este paso es obligatorio. A continuación, haga clic en «Start». Patient Portal

By logging into our patient portal, you can access:

• Documention: If you need a copy of your child’s evaluation or progress report, you can quickly print or download it from the portal.
• Account Balance and Invoices: Keep track of your invoices and account balance in one place.
• Make a payment: Conveniently pay your bills online and print a receipt. You can even save your card on file for quicker payments next time!

To log into the portal, click the link below:

Login by entering your email address and the password that you created when your account was set-up. If you have not set up an account, please email Mara at mara.cappelletti@partnersintherapy.com.

Resetting Your Password

If you forgot your password, there are two ways you can reset it.

Click the Forgot Password button on the login page. You will receive an email to create a new password. The link will expire after 2 hours. You can also email Mara Cappelletti at mara.cappelletti@partnersintherapy.com. We will email you a link to reset your password. Any link emailed by the clinic will expire after 24 hours. However, if you click an expired link you will still be directed to the login page where you can click the Forgot Password button.
