Nicole Bazinet, MS, OTR/L
Nicole has been a licensed occupational therapist since 2009. She received her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Boston University. Prior to that she was a preschool teacher with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood special education. Nicole has worked as a pediatric occupational therapist in homes, daycares, and schools. She spent the past 9 years working in a neonatal intensive care unit with medically fragile babies and their families. Nicole has extensive experience facilitating safe and positive feeding experiences for infants and toddlers. She has worked with children with torticollis, cleft lip and/or palate, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, neonatal abstinence syndrome, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, and those requiring medical equipment. Nicole enjoys supporting and collaborating with families to help them reach their goals. She incorporates play, movement, and sensory experiences into her activities. Getting messy is part of the fun!
Nicole recently moved from Florida and is excited to explore all that North Carolina has to offer. She is an avid runner and is looking forward to hitting the trails.
